- Vous implémentez et coordonnez les différentes activités liées au Lean Management dans notre centre de distribution.
- Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec le Manager Logistique, Manager Transport et Manager Warehouse, ainsi qu'avec le conseiller en prévention interne.
- Vous échangez régulièrement sur « les best practices and standards solutions » avec vos homologues des autres centrales et votre contact national afin de les mettre en application au niveau local.
- Vous identifiez, élaborez et mesurez les initiatives locales d'amélioration continue.
- Vous effectuez des rondes de sécurité et vérifiez que nos processus internes se déroulent conformément aux procédures (safety/lean).
- Vous rédigez, maintenez et modifiez des procédures logistiques.
- Vous apportez votre aide dans l'élaboration de rapports .
- Vous assurez les formations et le coaching des employés à la méthode Lean et jouez un rôle de mentor en matière de sécurité et prévention.
- Vous avez de préférence un bachelier en gestion d'entreprise et/ou environ 3 années d'expérience dans une fonction similaire ou dans un environnement logistique.
- Vous disposez d'une expérience dans l'application des principes du Lean Management (Kaizen, Yokoten, Gembawalks...)
- Vous maitrisez la suite Office et particulièrement Powerpoint et Excel. Des connaissances de SAP/WMS constituent un atout.
- La possession d'une certification, d'un diplôme ou d'une expérience probante en tant que conseiller en prévention est un atout.
- Vous possédez une connaissance active du néerlandais. La connaissance de l'anglais est un atout.
- Vous avez le sens de la communication et vous êtes doté d'un esprit analytique
- Vous pouvez travailler de manière autonome et êtes soucieux de nouer une collaboration constructive avec les autres.
