- You develop and optimize the recruitment processes.
- You maintain contact with all internal and external stakeholders (stakeholdermanagement is important).
- You support HR projects in learning and development.
- You make sure to support data analytics for the mentioned processes.
YOUR PROFILE:
- You have a relevant track record in talent acquisition (+20 years)..
- You hold a Master degree.
- You easily connect with stakeholders.
- You are fluent in Dutch.
PRACTICAL:
- Contract type: freelance
- Work regime: 5 days per week
- Duration: long term assignment.
- Location: Brussels / remote
