    Onze klant te Diest is toonaangevend marktleider in de productiesector op de residentiële, utilitaire en industriële markt. Door hun indrukwekkende knowhow en ambitie hebben ze een internationaal netwerk aan klanten. Functieomschrijving Ben jij de CPQ Model Builder die wij zoeken voor onze klant in Diest? Voor de verder uitbouw van hun team, zoeken zij momenteel naar een enthousiaste en gedreven CPQ Model Builder. Wat deze rol juist inhoudt en welke profielverwachtingen wij vooropstellen, lees je hieronderEen greep uit het takenpakket van de nieuwe CPQ Model Builder:
    • Als CPQ Model Builder sta je in voor de programmatie van de productconfigurator. Jij zorgt met andere woorden voor een vertaling van het R&D productdesign naar heldere ingavemodellen die gebruikt worden voor offerte- en ordercreatie zowel door de dealers als binnendienst medewerkers.
    • Vanuit de CPQ Tool wordt tevens de BOM/BOL (Bill Of Material/Bill of Labour) gegenereerd die alle materialen en instructies omvat voor aansturing van het productieproces.
    • In samenspraak met de R&D afdeling ontwikkel en onderhoud je deze ingavemodellen op basis van de aangeleverde producthandboeken. Bij productwijzigingen of nieuwe productlancering, ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor programmatie van de modellen.
    • In je rol overleg je met directe collega's van R&D, aankoop, klantendienst en productie. Kortom, je bent sparringspartner van alle interne afdelingen.
    • Je denkt mee over (strategische) verbeteringen en zet alles in het werk om een visueel aantrekkelijk configuratiemodel af te leveren voor de interne- en externe klanten.
    • Dankzij je gestructureerde werkwijze en je analytisch denkvermogen, kan je vlot werken in modellen die ook met andere collega's worden gedeeld.
    • Je vervoegt het IT team bestaande uit twee andere model builders, network specialisten en een ERP expert. Binnen dit team zal je rechtstreeks rapporteren aan de IT Manager. Let wel: desondanks jouw rol binnen het IT team verwachten we geen doorgedreven IT expertise. Vooral product-technische kennis staat centraal, affiniteit met IT is dan ook voldoende.
    Profiel
    • Je beschikt minstens over een Bachelor diploma. Dit bijvoorbeeld binnen ICT/Techniek, maar andere richtingen zijn meer dan welkom
    • Je hebt idealiter reeds enkele jaren ervaring met (basis) programmeren, kennis van een CPQ tool (vb. Econ, Hive, Experlogix,.. ) is een sterk pluspunt.
    • Kennis van ERP (Microsoft Dynamics AX) is een pluspunt vermits de productconfigurator hieraan gekoppeld is.
    • Je hebt reeds enkele jaren ervaring binnen een productie-omgeving en hebt notie van productieprocessen.
    • Je weet jezelf vlot uit te drukken in het Nederlands, Engels. Kennis van gesproken Frans vormt een pluspunt, maar is geen vereiste.
    • Je hebt een analytisch en probleemoplossend denkvermogen.
    • Je werkt zeer gestructureerd en communiceert duidelijk.
    • Je bent een teamspeler, werkt graag samen met anderen en staat gekend om je positieve ingesteldheid.
