    Description

    SENIOR FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT

    As a Financial Accountant, your main tasks will be :

    • Audit & process invoices following company financial policies.
    • Coordinate with external accounting & auditing firms
    • Tax reporting & refund
    • Managing banking tasks (annual bank account reviews, openings, and changes)
    • Cash reconciliation
    • Develop funding plans
    • Ensure financial compliance within Belgium
    • Maintain records of receipts and payments
    • Archive, back up, and organize financial documents
    • Communicate and coordinate with external authorities (tax and statistical offices)
    • Issue external invoices
    • Review financial terms for external contracts
    • Handle additional tasks as assigned by leadership

    Profile

    SENIOR FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT

    The profile we are looking for:

    • Bachelor's degree or higher in corporate finance or accounting
    • Minimum 5 years of related work experience
    • Proficiency in office software
    • Proficiency in Chinese, a very good level of French and a good level in English
    • Reliable and detail-oriented
    • You're ready to work for a start-up (flexibility, polyvalent minded)
