    Job Description

    We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Paralegal Corporate Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our legal team and assisting our clients in various legal and administrative tasks.

    As a Paralegal Corporate Officer, your responsibilities will include amongst other:

    • Providing administrative support to clients with the drafting of legal documents (e.g. corporate minutes for board of director or general assembly), correspondence, and reports.
    • Maintaining corporate clients' records and registrations up-to-date, in compliance with various laws and regulations (KBO, UBO, NBB, etc.)
    • Manage and maintain internal legal documentation and databases, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
    • Participating in the KYC/AML duties towards clients and stakeholders.
    • Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather necessary information and documentation for legal matters.
    • Assist in the preparation and review of contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
    • Supporting in the organization and preparation of meetings, and corporate events.
    • Assisting in the management of corporate governance matters, including board meetings, resolutions, and filings.
    • Handling general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents and data.
    Qualifications

    Your profile:

    • You have a bachelor's degree in Law (or higher), obtained in Belgium.
    • You have 2 to 4 years of experience in similar role, preferably within a law firm or a notarial office.
    • You are fluent in Dutch and English (both written and spoken), with French considered a plus.
    • You are seen as rigorous, proactive, with good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with colleagues.
    • You are proficient with MS Office suit (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Teams) and an understanding of the importance of database considered a plus.
    • You like working within a team and daily challenges.

    Occupation:

    • Ideally full-time but part-time possible (not less than 3/5).
