Our client is seeking 2 case managers for the Financial Crime Identification Department.

This role involves handling operational files for optimal customer experience and risk management, collecting data, analyzing it, and making decisions within the framework of guidelines.

Communication, accurate case handling, ongoing process monitoring, and proactive contribution to improvement initiatives are essential responsibilities. A bachelor's degree, maturity, insightful ability, team spirit, and excellent communication skills are expected. The assignment is initially for 3 months, with the possibility of extension.

Description

  • Handle the operational files with a view to optimizing the customer experience, with an eye for continuous improvement and risk management, in order to complete the files in accordance with the specified framework of guidelines and competences and within the SLAs in order to guarantee a fast and qualitative service to the customer
  • Ensuring that the relevant information and documentation is present (gathering, checking, requesting) and then analyzing this data in order to obtain a correct representation of the facts and to be able to assess and decide on the case within the specified framework and taking into account the guidelines
  • Inform, motivate, negotiate and persuade in a proactive, empathetic and professional manner both orally and in writing in order to achieve a good understanding with the recipient, regardless of the nature of the answer to the question or the complaint.
  • Timely, correct and complete performance of the administrative tasks and documentation of the file in accordance with the guidelines and competences in order to guarantee a fast and quality service to the customer
  • Constant vigilance over and control of the proper functioning of the execution of
processes/directives

  • Critically monitor guidelines and supplement, improve, keep up to date where necessary
  • Continuously questioning the working methods of own activities, formulating proposals for improvement and actively participating in initiatives in order to continuously optimize services
  • To be aware of the daily risks inherent to the products, activities, processes and systems on which one collaborates

Profile
