    Je maakt kennis met het leven als bedrijfsjurist. Door jouw juridische bijstand ondersteun je de Corporate Bankers en help je mee aan de verdere uitbouw van onze Corporate Banking activiteiten in lijn met onze filosofie "Meaningful and Inspiring for Belgian society. Together".

    De job in een notendop

    Je bent verantwoordelijk voor juridische ondersteuning binnen Legal Corporate Banking & Asset Finance.

    Je belangrijkste taak is juridische adviesverlening (op vlak van vennootschapsrecht, ondernemingsrecht en insolventie- en zekerhedenrecht), opstellen, nazien en onderhandelen van juridische documentatie, mee begeleiden van herstructureringsdossiers (in samenwerking met de Intensive Care afdeling) en opvolging van wetgeving, rechtspraak en rechtsleer in voormelde rechtsdomeinen.

    Je team bestaat uit bedrijfsjusristen en juridisch adviseurs en jouw rol hierin is dit team te versterken en ondersteunen tijdens de stage. Je komt ook in contact met andere afdelingen waarmee nauw samengewerkt wordt.

    Een typische werkdag ziet er als volgt uit: deelname aan (conference) calls en meetings (intern en extern), voorbereiden van adviezen, memo's en opleidingen/presentaties, verrichten van juridische opzoekingen, enz..

    Al kan je er bij ons wel één worden. We zoeken vooral een straffe persoonlijkheid met een learning mindset.

    Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels uitslaan als je iemand bent:

  • die binnenkort een diploma Master in de Rechten of een master in de economie, recht en bedrijfskunde zal behalen

    • Je scoort extra met:

  • tweetaligheid (Nederlands/Frans)
