- Oversee the technical aspects of our production facilities, ensuring optimal availability, reliability, and condition.
- Develop and implement an effective asset strategy, focusing on detailed lifecycle management and meticulous maintenance planning and execution.
- Collaborate closely with senior management, including the site and platform engineering heads, in formulating a robust long-term investment strategy.
- Skillfully prepare essential project documentation, including charters, business cases, and CARs (Capital Appropriation Requests).
- Foster seamless collaboration with the project management team, allowing for efficient portfolio management and reporting.
- Ensure the availability of necessary resources during project execution, from commissioning to qualification.
- Take charge of small-scale investment projects, adhering to strict timelines, budgetary guidelines, and uncompromising quality and safety standards.
- Lead and inspire a team of skilled professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Engage actively as a member of the site leadership team and the regional engineering leadership team.
