- Contrôler l'application des procédures de travail et le respect des normes d'hygiène et de sécurité.
- Gérer efficacement les ressources, y compris les locaux, les équipements et le budget, pour assurer le bon fonctionnement du laboratoire.
- Solides connaissances des ingrédients, de l'analyse sensorielle, de la microbiologie et de la gestion des durées de vie, assurant une supervision attentive des processus de fabrication.
- Expertise avancée des différents pathogènes alimentaires, tels que la salmonelle et la listeria, permettant une identification rapide et une gestion efficace des risques de contamination.
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques essentiels, y compris Word, Outlook et Excel, ainsi que des systèmes de gestion par ERP.
- Connaissance approfondie du français et de l'anglais, l'allemand est un atout supplémentaire.

Les responsabilités d'un Quality Control Coordinator, nécessite la possesion d'un master en accord avec le domaine, et une experience dans le secteur agroalimentaire ou pharmaceutique.
