    Je bent verantwoordelijk voor strategische en transversale projecten waardoor de Cultuur en de Merknaam elkaar wederzijds kunnen versterken, waarbij tegelijkertijd onze dagelijkse manier van werken wordt herdacht (customer focus, technologie, data
    Je hebt een transversaal overzicht over de volledige activiteit van de perimeter en je licht de evolutie en de impact ervan toe voor het management en alle medewerkers.
    Je komt in contact met tal van stakeholders, zodat onze initiatieven een concreet antwoord vormen voor de behoeften op het terrein. Kortom, je hebt een reële en positieve impact op de medewerkers van Belfius en voor de beleving van onze klanten.

  • Je kan een ambitieuze, heldere en innoverende visie omschrijven.

  • Je behaalde een Master en/of hebt 5 tot 10 jaar relevante ervaring op het vlak van project management.
