    Nous recherchons un(e) Représentant(e) des ventes internes pour rejoindre une équipe dynamique chez notre client. Basé(e) au siège social à Waterloo, vous jouerez un rôle fondamental dans la réalisation de nos objectifs ambitieux de croissance du chiffre d'affaires et d'acquisition de prospects.

    Responsabilités principales :

    - Effectuer des appels sortants, des e-mails et répondre aux appels entrants pour contacter nos clients B2B.
    - Travailler en étroite collaboration avec une équipe internationale pour générer de l'intérêt pour notre marque.
    - Mettre à jour la base de données et rechercher de nouveaux clients dans de nouveaux segments d'activité.
    - Résoudre les problèmes des clients, établir des relations solides et comprendre les besoins des clients.
    - Collecter des informations sur le marché en interagissant avec les clients et en enregistrant les retours d'expérience.
    - Coopérer avec les équipes de vente et de marketing pour fournir un support et des informations cruciales.ProfilMaîtrise de l'Allemand ou l'Italien ou l'Espagnol et de l'anglais obligatoire.
    Minimum 1 an d'expérience dans un rôle similaire.
    Aptitude à la communication et au relationnel.
    Capacité à identifier les opportunités et à tirer le meilleur parti de chaque prospect.
    Sens commercial et orientation client.
    Organisé(e), attentif(ve) aux détails et capable de gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément.
    Esprit d'entreprise et adaptabilité au changement.
    Maîtrise des outils informatiques, notamment de la suite Microsoft Office.OffrePackage de rémunération compétitif comprenant un salaire, un plan de bonus sur objectifs et des avantages sociaux tels que l'assurance hospitalisation, les tickets-repas, un plan de pension complémentaire, un ordinateur portable et un smartphone, le télétravail, ainsi que des facilités de stationnement sur site.
