- Ontwerpen, implementeren en integreren van IT-infrastructuurcomponenten met focus op stabiliteit en servicecontinuïteit
- Beoordelen en monitoren van de levenscyclus van de verschillende IT-infrastructuurcomponenten om ondersteunbaarheid, stabiliteit en prestaties te handhaven
- Bieden van het hoogste niveau van ondersteuning en toezicht houden op de coördinatie, analyse, opvolging en oplossing van incidenten en problemen samen met het team
- Toezicht houden op implementatie en levenscyclus van IT-infrastructuurproducten, dit zowel on-premises, als in de private en de public cloud. Hierbij ligt een sterke nadruk op de (Microsoft-)cloudproducten zoals Microsoft Azure en Office
- Ontwerpen van IT-oplossingen en uitdagen van partnerontwerpen voor optimale integratie en prestaties
- Coördineren van implementaties als Technisch Projectmanager en zorgen voor een goede opvolging van de levenscyclus
- Onderhouden van documentatie, automatisering van wijzigingen en standaardisatie van implementaties voor continue verbetering
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in IT-infrastructuurarchitectuur
- In staat om zakelijke doelstellingen om te zetten in actiepunten en deze te behalen
- Doortastend in interactie met IT-collega's, zakelijke gebruikers en partners, met respect voor alle betrokkenen
- Sterke analyse- en probleemoplossingsvaardigheden voor complexe situaties
- Gebruik van gezond verstand, best practices en ervaring om architectuur te verbeteren
- Behoud van efficiëntie onder druk en flexibiliteit in het herschikken van prioriteiten
- Initiatief tonen en het vermogen hebben om oplossingen te beargumenteren
- Bekendheid met Microsoft Office-suite, diagramsoftware en -technieken
- Uitstekende kennis van Frans en Engels, goede kennis van Nederlands is een pluspunt
