Missions essentielles
Als onderhoudsmonteur Mechanisch, onderhoud en repareer je alle productieapparatuur om ervoor te zorgen dat alle apparatuur effectief en veilig werkt, zodat stilstand van apparatuur tot een minimum wordt beperkt.
Je verantwoordelijkheden omvatten, maar zijn niet beperkt tot:
Correctief en preventief mechanisch onderhoud uitvoeren
Reparaties uitvoeren aan productie- en verwerkingsapparatuur en aan apparatuur van nutsbedrijven.
Ondersteunen van de installatie van nieuwe apparatuur
Ervoor zorgen dat alle reparaties worden gedocumenteerd
Verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden van een schone, ordelijke en nette werkplek
Alle papierwerk netjes en correct invullen
Deelnemen aan het BOPEX-programma (continue verbetering)
Voldoen aan alle procedures, voorschriften en beleidsregels die van toepassing zijn.
Onveilige handelingen stoppen en melden en verplichte PBM's gebruiken zoals gedefinieerd.
Flexibel zijn in werktijden afhankelijk van de bedrijfsbehoeften
Master recherché
Middelbare school diploma - Technische kwalificatie of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
Mechanische kennis
Kennis van HACCP, voedselhygiëne en veiligheidsvoorschriften is vereist.
Vloeiend Nederlands en goed verstaanbaar in het Engels
Computervaardigheden vereist.
Ervaring met reparatie en onderhoud van machines in een voedsel- of drankenproductieomgeving.
Uitstekende probleemoplossende vaardigheden.
Ervaring met werken in teamverband.
