- You lead the Facilities Engineers team responsible for the maintenance of all existing technical facilities in our data centers.
- You are responsible for the organization and control of maintenance planning, plan updates, administration of the facilities department, and associated reporting.
- In this varied role, you will also monitor quality, incidents, safety, security, and environmental management.
- You will also work with the Services Manager to ensure that the planned work in our data centers is carried out in a qualitative and efficient manner.
- Finally, you will participate in the optimization of the existing installations in close collaboration with the Project Manager and work with subcontractors to ensure that everything runs even more efficiently.
- You have an industrial or civil engineering degree or equivalent through experience
- You have experience in leading a team
- You have knowledge of electricity or HVAC and installation monitoring
- You are fluent in Dutch and English
- You have knowledge of incident, problem, and change management
- You are comfortable with software applications
