- Definiëren van een projectplan per installatie volgens de prioriteiten met betrekking tot cleanroom en lab management.
- Managen van en afstemmen met projectstakeholders en klanten, beheren van je eigen workload in dit opzicht.
- Focus op planning, kwaliteit en kosten, ervoor zorgen dat het werk op een verantwoorde en veilige manier wordt uitgevoerd.
- Dagelijks onderaannemers coördineren en opvolgen
- Communiceer en rapporteer acties naar teamcoördinator en manager.
- Je waakt erover dat werkzaamheden op een verantwoorde en veilige manier gebeuren en stuurt bij indien nodig blijkt. Veiligheid is samen met kwaliteit een prioriteit.
- Je communiceert sterk, open en proactief over de status van de werkzaamheden, je escaleert tijdig indien noodzakelijk.
- Je kan vlot om met wijzigingen, tijdsdruk en hebt een hands-on mentaliteit.
- Je hebt een Master diploma industriële wetenschappen, elektriciteit, electromechanica, civil engineering of gelijkwaardig.
- Je kunt bouwen op reeds enkele jaren relevante technische ervaring in een min of meer gelijkaardige functie. Minimum 5 jaar ervaring
- Ervaring in projectleiding is een must.
- Je werkt proactief met een sterke customer focus en communiceert op een heldere en efficiënte manier, zowel met je interne klant als met de externe partners van imec.
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels.

Als projectleider beheer en leid je projecten die betrekking hebben op het beheer van de cleanroom en labo's waaronder complexe toestelinstallaties.Tijdens deze opdracht als projectleider (consultant) coördineer je de projecten met betrekking tot de installaties van kleine tot middelgrote complexe tools.
