Over de functie
Als Project Engineer Validation heb je heel wat verantwoordelijkheden waarbij validatie centraal staat. Je zal onder andere bezig zijn met de validatie van analysemethoden en methodeoverdracht. Je stelt validatieprotocollen op en schrijft ze uit, analyseert validatieresultaten en trekt de nodige conclusies. Deze conclusies schrijf je dan mooi uit in een validatierapport. Je bent ook bezig met cleaning validation. Je zorgt hier voor monstervoorbereiding, voert HPLC analyses uit en verwerkt HPLC data met Empower software.
Naast je validatietaken doe je ook compendial reviews. Dit houdt in dat je compendiale wijzigingen beoordeeld, methodeverificatie uitvoert en nieuwe lab-analisten traint. Je ondersteunt Lab-analisten ook door hun (in het lab) gegenereerde gegevens te beoordelen. Je analytische technische expertise op het gebied van farmacopische tests, wettelijke vereisten, wijzigingen en onderzoeken, analyse van hoofdoorzaken deel je ook met je team.
Ten slotte ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en/of beoordelen van afdelingsdocumentatie, waaronder labdata sheets, trainingsdocumentatie, SOP's, wijzigingscontroles, afwijkingen en CAPA (Corrective Action/Preventive Action) om naleving van GMP en toepasselijke regelgevende richtlijnen te waarborgen. Je deelt de successen met andere afdelingen tijdens rapportagesessies met het management en woont conferentiegesprekken bij.
