    Fondée en en Belgique, la marque Quick fut la première chaine de restaurants de burgers du pays et reste depuis leader avec son célèbre Giant. Aujourdhui, lenseigne compte 79 restaurants en Belgique et au Luxembourg. En tout, près de 3. personnes sont actives sous lenseigne Quick dans les deux pays.

    Les restaurants Quick sont gérés en Belgique et au Luxembourg par Burger Brands Belgium, en parallèle avec la marque Burger King.

    Jr Payroll Officer

    Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec deux Payroll Officers expérimentés au sein de l'équipe de paie. Vos tâches sont en partie administratives et en partie liées à la paie. Vous aurez une certaine liberté dans l'organisation de votre travail et serez encouragé à proposer et mettre en œuvre des idées et des initiatives. En tant que premier point de contact, vous répondrez aux questions de base des collègues du siège et de nos directeurs de restaurant. Pour les questions plus complexes, vous les orienterez vers vos collègues, votre N+1 ou en discuterez lors des réunions d'équipe.


    Que ferez-vous exactement ?

    Administration

  • Vous traiterez quotidiennement les demandes de contrats de travail (étudiants, flexi-jobs et ouvriers) de nos restaurants et serez souvent en contact avec nos directeurs de restaurant.
  • Vous assurerez le suivi correct des employés disposant de permis de travail.
  • Vous traiterez les formalités nécessaires pour les demandes Activa et Impulsion.
  • Les demandes de congé parental, de crédit-temps, etc., seront suivies par vous.
  • Vous assisterez les Payroll Officers dans le suivi administratif fluide de tous nos dossiers du personnel, de l'embauche de nos nouveaux collègues jusqu'au règlement du dossier lors du départ, et fournirez aux employés les documents sociaux nécessaires (tels que les C4, attestations de travail, etc.).
  • Vous gérerez les procédures de CCT 32 bis avec le soutien de vos collègues et de votre superviseur.
  • Vous soutiendrez administrativement le responsable du département des ressources humaines en cas de besoin.

  • Vous serez responsable des avances mensuelles pour nos ouvriers.
  • Vous serez responsable de A à Z de la paie mensuelle d'une de nos sociétés.
  • Vous gérerez les dossiers de saisie sur salaire en collaboration avec le secrétariat social et traiterez les demandes des agences de recouvrement, huissiers, etc.
  • Vous serez responsable de la gestion de la flotte de véhicules (environ voitures), vous assurerez le suivi avec nos partenaires externes et veillerez à ce que les données nécessaires soient saisies dans le système de paie en temps voulu.
  • Vous suivrez mensuellement le budget de mobilité et expliquerez parfaitement son fonctionnement aux employés intéressés.
  • Vous assurerez un suivi et une administration sans faille de différents avantages extralégaux.
