Are you looking for an instructive internship within a fast-growing Business and IT consultancy company? Then you are lucky Because we are looking for a motivated student who wants to be part of our Corporate HR Team.

During your internship, you will get the chance to immerse yourself in the wonderful world of recruitment, selection, and employer branding, under the wings of our experienced recruitment and employer branding team.

What does a Recruitment and Employer Branding intern do within Tobania?

Together with our recruitment and employer branding team, you work
towards a faster, better, and more proactive recruitment process. You actively participate in our
Attract and Recruit projects.
You will also support the recruitment and employer branding team in terms of
administration and the organisation of events, such as onboardings, teambuilding activities, meetings, the Recruitment Academy,...
Depending on your interests and ambitions, you can also participate in
other HRrelated projects. The floor is yours Within our team, you get every opportunity to learn and grow.

Who are we looking for?:

We have a number of "_essentials_" in mind. But even more important than the list below are your
enthusiasm and
drive to go for it together

You are taking an HR course and you are passionate about soft HR and Employer Branding. Prior knowledge is not required.
Communication is 'the way we roll' within our team and you can express yourself fluently in Dutch and English. French is a bonus.
You are eager to learn and feel ready to put theory into practice.
You can intern for more than 3 months, four days a week or full time, no matter which semester. We are happy to offer students yearround opportunities to gain focused practical experience.
