As part of our dedication to nurturing young talent, we are seeking a motivated student assistant to support our legal team in matters related to Belgian corporate and civil law.

    What you will be doing

    We are currently seeking a proactive and enthusiastic student assistant to assist our legal team in conducting legal research, drafting documents, and providing administrative support. This position offers an excellent opportunity for law students to gain practical experience while working alongside experienced professionals in a supportive environment.

    Responsibilities include :

  • Conduct legal research on Belgian legislation, with an emphasis on corporate and civil law.
  • Contribute to ensuring compliance with Belgian legislation.
  • Assist in organizing corporate meeting including shareholders meetings, ensuring smooth logistical arrangements and documentation management.
  • Assist in drafting legal documents, including contracts, agreements, internal policies and guidelines.
  • Support the legal team in case management and document review.
  • Provide general administrative support to the legal department as needed.

    • What we will need from you

  • Currently enrolled in a Masters of law degree program
  • Strong knowledge in Belgian corporate and civil law
  • Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in English, French and Dutch is mandatory
  • Previous legal experience is preferred but not required
