- Het bepalen, behouden, verbeteren van de technische standaarden (Ops handleiding, Onderhoud, Spare parts, CIL CTRL....)
- Het continu verbeteren van het productieprocess (korte en lange termijn). Processen makkelijker en beter te maken of procesproblemen op te lossen.
- Het analyseren van data om grote problemen in kaart te brengen en verbeteringen te voorzien.
- Meer specifiek sta je in voor: De safety resultaten van de area: near misses of incidenten met betrekking tot equipment & proceduresDe QA resultaten van de area: holds, food safety verbeteringen, clean design, met betrekking tot het equipment & proceduresDe OEE resultaten van de area: OEE/Breakdowns; je staat in voor technische verbeteringen.
- Je beschikt over een diploma van industrieel ingenieur;
- Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en het Engels;
- Je bent PC-vaardig je kan vlot werken met MS office en Sharepoint, en krijgt ook vlot interne applicaties onder de knie.
- Op technisch vlak ben je vertrouwd met: PM, P&S, MMIS, SAP, AM, Mechanical,
- Je hebt een goede kennis van reliability concepten als OEE, BD, OEE loss tree, )
- Je hebt een goede kennis van analytische en troubleshooting concepten zoals Checklists, Lean, BPS, YY, BDA, DMAIC
- Je gedraagt je graag als coach op de werkvloer, je houdt ervan skills van de technicians naar een hoger niveau te tillen.
