- Support with the introduction of our new ERP software
- Development and expansion of test management for the current version and future versions of the software to be introduced
- Supporting the development team in the migration of data from the legacy system to the new software
- Setting up reporting for the entire company
- Creation of training videos for users
- User support
- Requirements management - recording and specification of new requirements
- Expansion of the use of Microsoft Teams and process optimization
- Support for the marketing department in the areas of SEO / SEA
- You have successfully completed or will soon complete your training (or comparable training) as an IT specialist in application development
- You have a process-oriented mindset and are therefore able to familiarize yourself with new applications very quickly
- You have initial experience in test management
- You are very familiar with Microsoft Office products and Microsoft Teams
- You are no stranger to databases and SQL
- You are communicative and able to explain new things to your colleagues in an understandable way
- Exciting and varied tasks relating to the introduction of new software
- After an intensive induction period, you will take responsibility for our entire IT application landscape
- You will be the first point of contact for all questions relating to IT and process management
