    We zijn op zoek naar een tweetalige (NL/FR) back-office medewerker voor onze afdeling Operations (Customer Care), die rechtstreeks rapporteert aan de Back-Office Manager.

    De doelstellingen van de Second line officer Mid-market zijn als volgt :

  • Ondersteuningsverzoeken van het klantensegment in het middensegment beheren en deze binnen de afgesproken tijd (SLA) oplossen.
  • Klachten van klanten in het MM-segment afhandelen.
  • Begeleiden van nieuwe klanten bij het opzetten van Edenred Benefits oplossingen/producten.
  • Toename in Net Promoter Score voor het middensegment van de markt.
  • Analyseert en verwerkt proactief en kwalitatief alle vragen van klanten/frontline/sales (onderzoeken, bestellingen, enz.), waarbij hij/zij gebruikmaakt van zijn/haar kennis van onze interne procedures, producten en managementtools.
  • Versterkt de vertrouwensrelatie met de klant en bouwt loyaliteit aan Edenred op door initiatief en het vermogen om passende oplossingen voor te stellen.
  • Werkt samen om de verschillende doelstellingen te bereiken.
  • Helpt de kwaliteit en de efficiëntie van Customer Care te verbeteren (organisatie, processen, hulpmiddelen, samenwerking tussen afdelingen, enz.).
  • Neemt deel aan het analyseren van de oorzaken van niet-kwaliteit, stelt verbeteringsmaatregelen voor aan zijn of haar manager en neemt deel aan de implementatie ervan.
  • Neem indien nodig telefonisch contact op met klanten.
  • Toont collegialiteit binnen de afdeling van het bedrijf.

  • Je hebt een bachelordiploma (professional bachelor of universiteit).
  • Je hebt al aantoonbare eeste ervaring in een afdeling aftersales/support.
  • Je bent drietalig (NL/FR/EN) met een perfecte beheersing van de geschreven taal.
  • Je kunt een breed scala aan administratieve taken aan en hebt een goede kennis van MS Office.
  • Je bent in staat om nauwkeurig, nauwgezet werk af te leveren.
  • Je bent erg rigoureus en hebt een sterk aanpassingsvermogen.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken.
  • Je moet een zekere mate van computervaardigheid hebben.
  • Je hebt uitstekende interpersoonlijke vaardigheden en kunt goed luisteren.
  • Je hebt een commerciële instelling.
  • Je hebt zin voor initiatief en servicekwaliteit.
  • Je bent in staat om onder druk te werken.
  • Je hebt goede analytische vaardigheden.
