Johnson & Johnson Medical NV is recruiting for a Commercial Quality Specialist, located in Diegem.

As a Commercial Quality (CQ) Specialist, you will run the Quality Management System (QMS) for the Medtech organization in Belgium and Luxembourg.

You will collaborate closely with the CQ manager, CQ specialists in the Netherlands and local sales & marketing organization in order to keep up with quality & compliance requirements.

You will be part of the CQ Benelux team.

Key Responsibilities:

Running the quality management systems (QMS) and quality activities include looking after corrective and preventive actions, non-conforming system, complaint investigation, Field Safety Notices and recalls, document control and training systems.

This will be implemented together with the CQ Benelux team.

To provide an inspection and audit ready company, this position plans and leads internal audits and assist in external supplier audits.

Besides, the position coaches and trains employees on Quality elements.

In this position, you'll lead change control projects and improvements to quality systems, while collecting and verifying the necessary data and documents.

The position documents and maintains standard operating procedures for interactions with contractors.

The position provides support for special quality projects and participate in committees and project groups for monitoring and shaping new quality regulatory compliance regulations.

Last, but not least the position will monitor and/or maintain quality records on nonconformance, project outcomes, and stakeholder input (dash boards) filed in an accurate and timely manner.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor or equivalent in business experience
Preferably with knowledge on Quality Management Systems and/or Healthcare industry

Experience and Skills:

Required:

Previous Quality and/or Regulatory experience
Ability to connect and effectively collaborate across a diverse group of business and quality team members both locally and on an EMEAlevel
Good interpersonal skills & influencing skills
Driven by results performance & excellence in the job
Ability to build respect and trust with customers, employees and internal collaborators

Quantitative skills and process oriented
Experienced in training of employees / teams
Eye for Good Documentation Practices and Data integrity

Preferred:

Highly qualified of Quality Management systems (ISO 13485)
Operational experience in the healthcare industry
Experience working for a midsize or multinational company

Other:

Language requirements: fluently in English and Dutch or French
