Ready To Love Life Again

The wound healed. Completely. Time to let the bandage go. The man left the hospital. He spent a long time inside the white walls of safety. Somehow the world looked totally different. His memories of the past were all gone. They dissolved one by one, together with the healing process. He looked at his finger and no trace of pain anymore. Amazing how one day he suffered and felt hopeless and today he felt free and joyful. His new life energy was a blessing to all. It almost felt as if he needed a wake up call. The accident give him a second chance to celebrate life and love.

The accident came out of the blue. One morning. In a stressful period. He was not prepared to deal with it. His business was at stake. His marriage followed. Disconnection. The heavy stone continued to roll over all parts of his life that needed a change in direction. He had to face the truth. Luckily, his willpower saved his life. He made a powerful decision and promised himself to be back, stronger than ever before. His house was cold when he reentered the familiar space. No soul present. His wife had left. No goodbye letter. Nothing at all.

Day one of his new life. He looked at his finger. "What one little finger can do, I can do too", went through his mind. He took one step and then the next step. His old habits were left in the hospital. This time he would not defriend himself anymore. He would treat himself with extra love and care. He understood that if he would do his inner work, the whole world would benefit. Part two of his life book was ready to begin. New business, new life, new (self-)love. Life is a miracle, we are all presented new opportunities as long as we allow them to happen. Again and again.

The divorce was done. They did not make it. Too different in many ways but they healed each other. Every lover is an angel in disguise somehow. He looked at himself. Ready to face the mirror. Still attractive for his age. He was playing with his imagination. He saw himself on the cover of a magazine. Title said: "Damn hot". He laughed. All energy in free flow. This time he saw no obstacles. Dancing through life. From this day on. His feelings anticipated reality. They always do. Vibrational magic. Always. Forever.

It was Friday evening. Time to go out and celebrate life. No more control mania. He opened the door. Fresh air. Blue bubbles in his veins. Life was easy. Life was good. He entered the bar and as always, when you least expect it, life rewards deeply. He asked a gin tonic. The waitress looked like a divine angel. Her eyes were shining. He had the courage to ask her number. She was brave enough to give it. Some days later she visited him. They had a good time together. What a blessing. What a joy.

The accident healed more parts of him than expected. He gave birth to a new man. A man that understood that life was to be lived. Dreams to be done. Too much worrying only brings darkness. Unnecessary in many ways. He looked at the heavens and said: "Thank you, for giving me a second chance, I learned my lessons and I am ready to love life again". We all need to face the truth of what really matters in life. The illusion of one sad reality hurts. He took his responsibility. The wound was healed. His whole reality reshaped. Fifty shades of darkness conquered.  Welcoming the sun.
