Time To Play. The Alligator Did Not Need His Brace Anymore

Time To Play. The Alligator Did Not Need His Brace Anymore

The sun was shining. Two big eyes looked around. From the left to the right. From the right to the left. They belonged to a sweet alligator. He moved a leg and another one. He felt so good. Finally free. His brace was gone. He did not need it anymore. He took the chance to dive into the water. What an awesome feeling. Oh my God, he could swim. This was paradise. He forgot about the past and all those moments that he was locked inside the brace. He knew that it was for a good cause. Foxy, the smart doctor, told him that he needed the brace to become stronger and healthier. He did not like it at all but he had to accept it.

Now the joyful moment had arrived that the brace was gone, forever. While he was swimming in the water, a colorful friend arrived. It was a beautiful butterfly that wanted to play with the alligator. They had lots of fun. The butterfly landed on his nose and told the alligator how much it loved the new shape of the alligator. The alligator adored the compliments and proudly stretched his body. They played the whole day together in the water. The sun smiled. The other animals watched the happy two and felt the joy deep in their bones. It was true, joy is contagious. As a result everyone wanted to play and have fun.

A photographer, a giraff called Gonzal, had an idea. He saw that the two friends had not noticed him. He took his camera and zoomed in. The picture had to be excellent. Gonzal only shoots for excellence. He was quiet and very focused. He approached the two. The angle was not that good yet. He came nearer and nearer. The water was tempting. Gonzal was so keen on taking the best picture, that he had not seen that he was nearby the water. Then it happened. He fell with his camera in the water. The butterfly and the alligator witnessed that the water covered Gonzal completely. They were laughing. What an event. They had never seen Gonzal bathing. This was new.

Gonzal usually was very serious. His camera got lost. This was not funny. A serious matter. The camera was somewhere in the water. As Gonzal tried to react seriously, he saw the response of his two friends. The butterfly was smiling and said: "Come on, Gonzal, play with us. You have to enjoy the moment". The alligator confirmed the wise words of the butterfly and added with a happy voice: "Life is beautiful, Gonzal, and everything happens for a reason. Make this moment your best one. The experience of joy will be more touching than the picture that you wanted to make. Your memory will be stronger than the picture."

Three seconds later three friends were playing in the water. They really enjoyed the time outside. The water was a blessing. They laughed and laughed and laughed. The butterfly went from the alligator to Gonzal and from Gonzal to the alligator. The alligator showed his friends how flexible he was without a brace. Gonzal was happy that he was healthy and that he did not have to wear a brace. Some fishes in the water discovered the camera. It was their first experience with a camera. Together they succeeded in moving the camera and preparing it for a beautiful shooting. Right in the moment where the three friends had the best time, a light appeared. The camera flashed on the three friends. The fishes were proud of what they accomplished together. Team work. The water still reflects that particular moment. Priceless fun.

Yes, absolutely, on my to-do list, I already know an illustrator and a promotor, know I need a sponsor, as the fees are high.
