- Je zet samen met het management een communicatiestrategie op en werkt het communicatieplan uit. Je legt hierbij ook de link met het communicatieplan van Colruyt Group en stemt zeer regelmatig af met andere collega¿s uit dit vakgebied.
- Je staat in voor de goede uitvoering van je plan voor een waaier aan doelgroepen, en volgt daarvoor elke stap in het proces op. Van awareness, over lead generation, tot activation, zowel offline als online.
- Je beheert het budget van je marketing en communicatieactiviteiten.
- Je volgt al je communicatieacties op en optimaliseert je werk waar nodig.
- Je werkt samen met onder andere collega¿s uit corporate marketing, rekrutering, media en ons intern communicatiebureau. Je kan bij hen ideeën aftoetsen en advies vragen rond communicatie strategische keuzes.
- Je bouwt een solide netwerk van interne medewerkers én externe partners uit die je betrekt in de uitvoering van je plan.
- Opleiding en ervaring - Je hebt een master in marketing, toegepaste economie of communicatiewetenschappen. Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring op de teller en hebt zin om je onder te dompelen in een specifieke wereld met veel technisch jargon.
- Strategisch denker - Je weet wat de kernelementen en struikelblokken zijn binnen een communicatiestrategie en kan het management hierin adviseren. Je kan een strategie vertalen in een concreet en doeltreffend communicatieplan.
- Daadkrachtig - Je kan autonoom werken en koppelt daden aan woorden. Je werkt kostenbewust en reflecteert steeds over de return on investment.
- Netwerker en communicatief - Je bouwt makkelijk contacten op. Samenwerken met een groot netwerk geeft je energie.Je communiceert ook duidelijk en vlot. Je kan standpunten verdedigen maar durft ook advies vragen wanneer nodig.
- Coach - Je werkt in tandem met de communicatiecoördinatoren en begeleidt deze collega¿s met je expertise.
- Talenkennis - Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
- Pioniersfunctie - Je krijgt de unieke kans om een verscheidenheid aan communicatiestrategieën en vernieuwende initiatieven uit te werken.

Je missie is om Colruyt Group Technisch en Colruyt Group Real Estate aan te brengen daar waar we het nodig hebben. Overheden, technische leveranciers en partners, projectontwikkelaars, vakpers, werkzoekende en potentiële sollicitanten¿ noem maar op. Om je job goed te doen hoort een aardige dosis networking . Jij bouwt duurzame relaties op met je interne collega¿s en externe stakeholders.
Wat doe je als marketeer bij Colruyt Group Technics en Colruyt Group Real Estate?
Voor de uitvoering van je taken kun je op de operationele ondersteuning rekenen van 2 collega-communicatiecoördinatoren.
Je werkt in Halle en kunt tot 2 dagen per week van thuis werken of in een van onze regionale kantoren (Haasrode, Mechelen, Zwijnaarde).
