Voor ons Payroll Partners Center team zijn we actief op zoek naar Team Manager voor onze dienst Loonbeslag & Ecucatief Verlof

    • Je stemt de strategie en doelstellingen van je eigen team af op de visie van de organisatie.
    • Je definieert de indicatoren en bepaalt de prioriteiten van je team.
    • Je vertegenwoordigt je team intern en bouwt een sterke interne samenwerking op.
    • Je stelt de nodige rapporten en analyses op voor het beheer van de klanten.
    • Je luistert naar de behoeften van je collega's en klanten en reageert daar optimaal op.
    • Je ondersteunt medewerkers in hun eigen loopbaanontwikkeling

    • Je hebt het vermogen om helder, beknopt en effectief te communiceren.

    • Een interesse en nieuwsgierigheid voor de payroll materie.
    • Je hebt een uitstekende beheersing van het Frans en Nederlands om te kunnen communiceren met de leden van je team en de interne stakeholders.
