    Comment faites-vous bouger Bruxelles ?

    En tant que Security Process & Method Officer, vous accompagnez le département CSO (Chief Security Office) en matière de gestion de la qualité, des processus, des risques et du data protection en étroite collaboration avec le Security Business Development Manager. Vous assurez l'adoption, l'utilisation et le respect effectif des méthodologies définies par l'entreprise (accompagnement, communication, support, formations, ...) dans une optique d'efficience. Dans votre rôle de PMO, vous accompagnez le département dans la bonne gestion des projets et dossiers.



    De quoi sera composé votre quotidien ?
    • Vous apportez un support méthodologique aux différents acteurs de projet du département. Vous conseillez et veillez au respect des procédures internes en matière de gestion de projet.
    • Vous apportez une guidance méthodologique pratique aux différentes équipes CSO dans les domaines de la gestion de la qualité, des processus, des risques et le data protection. Vous veillez à ce que le cadre et la méthodologie soient bien appliqués.
    • Vous conseillez le département CSO dans l'amélioration des différents outils de gestion et de suivi.
    • Vous participez à des réunions transversales en tant que représentant du département CSO.
    • Vous encadrez la réalisation d'études spécifiques et favorisez les échanges avec d'autres organisations.
    • Vous encadrez l'élaboration des procédures au sein du département.

    Vous vous reconnaissez dans ce profil ?
    • Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme universitaire/bachelor ou expérience équivalente. Un diplôme en Criminologie est un plus.
    • Vous disposez d'une expérience dans la coordination de projets ou dans un poste orienté gestion de la qualité, des processus ou gestion des risques.
    • Vous manifestez un intérêt pour la sûreté. Une expérience dans un environnement sécuritaire (société de gardiennage ou société de sécurité physique et/ou électronique) est un plus.
    • Vous avez idéalement une connaissance de Prince II.
    • Vous avez une bonne connaissance des deux langues nationales.
    • Vos qualités personnelles : rigoureux, structuré et ordonné, procédurier, capacité d'analyse, capable d'animer des groupes de travail, bonne capacité de négociation et de communication, capacité à fédérer, sens de l'organisation et des priorités, autonomie et prise de décision.
