    Student Data Cleaner

    Als student Data Cleaner ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden en verbeteren van de kwaliteit van gegevens in ons CRM systeem. Je zult ervoor zorgen dat de gegevens nauwkeurig zijn, dubbele gegevens worden verwijderd en ontbrekende informatie wordt aangevuld.

    Kennis en Vaardigheden

  • Bachelor of masterstudent in opleiding
  • Uitstekende aandacht voor detail en nauwkeurigheid.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Bekendheid met CRM systemen, is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken en in staat zijn om taken effectief te prioritiseren.
  • Je bent vloeiend in Nederlands, zowel in woord als geschrift en kennis van het Frans is een plus.
  • Kennis van Microsoft Office (Word en Excel)
  • Betrouwbaarheid en toewijding om de toegewezen taken binnen de gestelde deadlines af te ronden

    • Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Indentificeren en corrigeren van onnauwkeurige gegevens binnen het CRM systeem
  • Verwijderen van dubbele records en het consolideren van relevante informatie
  • aanvullen van ontbrekende gegevens door middel van onderzoek en communicatie met interne teams
  • zorgen voor consistentie en uniformiteit in de maniner waarom gegevens worden ingevoerd en opgeslagen
  • rapporteren van problemen of inconsitenties die je tegenkomt tijdens het opschonen van gegevens
  • samenwerken met andere teamleden om te zorgen voor een nauwkeurige en actuele database
