NTT Data is currently looking for an Application Architect with experience in Java for one of our clients in the public sector based in Brussels.
This role will be performed in a hybrid mode.Context Our client is looking to strengthen its application architecture team to help transform its 'core business' information system (allocation, payment and communication of pensions) into smaller, isolated entities corresponding to functional areas.
The domain and application architect has two complementary roles:He/she is a member of the application architecture team, where he/she draws on experience in the field to complete and develop the overall architecture plan.
They participate in the creation and formalisation of architectural rules for the creation of applications. They receive ongoing training in the methods and technologies that can help the organization to improve its information system.As a domain architect, you are responsible for ensuring that the architecture of the applications making up the domain is consistent with the rules defined by the application architecture team and at IT level.
He/she intervenes according to the needs of the domain (architecture definition, coding, code review, technical coaching, advice to analysts, discussions with the business, etc.).
He/she encourages and participates in experimentation in his/her field. ProfileAt least 10 years experience in a similar role.Very good ability to learn, pass on knowledge and challenge oneself.
Good ability to write documentation in English.
The role requires you to be physically present at least 2 days a week at the premises in Brussels.
