    Since last year, their system has been operating on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O. To further guide and support the ongoing project, we are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (Finance & Operations) Application Manager.

    Here are some of the responsibilities associated with this role:

    • Serving as the primary point of contact for F&O users
    • Managing the F&O helpdesk mailbox: responding to emails, logging and tracking bugs
    • Developing, documenting, and explaining new F&O procedures
    • Assisting in standardizing views and procedures
    • Overseeing, tracking, and monitoring significant updates
    • Organizing and leading meetings regarding F&O

    What we expect from you:

    • You are charismatic and socially skilled, combined with your solid ERP knowledge, which contributes to successful ERP support
    • You preferably have knowledge/experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
    • You are passionate about ERPs, possess strong analytical skills, and think at a corporate level.
    • QlikTech skills are a plus
    • You are a fluent communicator with good knowledge of both French and Dutch
    • A challenging and highly varied role, indefinite contract - 40 hours per week (12 days of RTT)
    • You will be part of a national, rapidly evolving, and successful company based in Menen.
