    For an international technical company, we are looking for a technical support representative.

    In the position of technical support representative you will be the point of contact for both the professional customers as well as private individuals.

    Your tasks include:
    - Interacting with customers and answering their questions in a timely manner.
    - Processing, managing and creating quotes within the ERP system.
    - Assisting the customer service team in handling customer complaints.
    - Assisting the marketing department by proofreading drafts.
    - Developing technical simulations by using specific software products.
    - Coordinating the work of other departments.
    - Providing support for troubleshooting.
