    De afdeling Marketing Enterprises & Entrepreneurs & Public van Belfius wil zijn team versterken met een top marketeer, om het aanbod en de voorwaarden van cashdepositorekeningen op korte termijn (betaalrekeningen in euro en vreemde munten, spaarrekeningen en termijnrekeningen) te beheren.

    De job in een notendop

    Jij hebt een globaal zicht op de strategie van het metier en werkt nauw samen met een groot aantal afdelingen van de bank om een dynamische en ambitieuze benadering van het gamma voor te stellen.

    Tegen de huidige achtergrond van hoge uitstaande bedragen en snel stijgende rentevoeten zal jij een cruciale rol spelen en een grote impact hebben op het Nbp van het metier en op de commerciële franchise.

    Wat houdt jouw opdracht precies in?

    Je stippelt de strategie, het financieel plan en het commercieel plan uit.

    Je jongleert met cijfers: je implementeert de pricingstrategie.

    Je volgt de financiële resultaten op en kan er toelichting bij geven.

    Je voert voor elk klantensegment communicatie- en verkoopondersteunende tools voor de betrokken producten in, in samenwerking met Segment Management

    Je doet het gamma evolueren, rekening houdend met de marktontwikkelingen, de strategische keuzes, de reglementering en de behoeften van de klanten.

    Jij hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn

    Al kan je er bij ons wel één worden. We zoeken vooral een straffe persoonlijkheid met een learning mindset.

    Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels uitslaan als je iemand bent met de volgende kenmerken

    je hebt een diploma hoger onderwijs van het lange type (liefst universitair in een financiële en wiskundige richting);

    je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring met productmarketing en/of beheer van bankrekeningen;

    je beheerst het Nederlands en het Frans.
