- opstellen van deelnemerslijsten, controleverslagen, etc.
- afhandeling van opleidingscertificaten.
- archivering, kopiëren, etc.
- ppstellen van verschillende documenten (in Word & Excel);
- eerstelijnsinformatie verstrekken (opleidingsaanbod, enz.) of doorverwijzen naar de juiste contactpersoon.
- vloeiend in het Nederlands en goed begrip van de Franse taal;
- bachelor niveau of gelijkwaardige ervaring;
- grondige kennis van gangbare Office-toepassingen en bereidheid om snel vertrouwd te raken met bedrijfsspecifieke software;
- ervaring in administratie en archivering;
- sterke communicatieve vaardigheden;
- bezit van de volgende sleutelcompetenties: verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel, nauwkeurigheid en klantvriendelijkheid;
- zelfstandig kunnen werken en goed functioneren in een team;
- in staat zijn om prioriteiten te stellen en zelf toezicht te houden op uitgevoerde taken.
