- Leading the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements (consolidated), ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements (Lux GAAP / IFRS).
- Coordinating and supervising financial statement audits, liaising with external auditors to facilitate the audit process.
- Managing corporate tax compliance, including the filing of annual tax returns (in cooprstion with tax advisors).
- Preparation of quarterly estimated tax payments and ensuring timely submission.
- Treasury Management
- Coordinating investment activities and optimising cash management strategies.
- Managing day-to-day administrative operations and closely supervising accounting functions.
- Overseeing procurement processes to optimise cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
- Supervising the accounts payable process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments.
- Managing tenant invoicing and accounts receivable processes.
- Oversight of insurance management
- Provide direction and leadership to the general office population.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Luxembourg office ensuring a productive and efficient work environment.
- Implement and enforce office policies and procedures to promote organisation, safety, and compliance with regulations.
- Proficiency in SAP and Qlikview preferred.
- Strong leadership abilities to effectively lead and motivate a team
- Flexible – able to operate and contribute in a wider business context – cross-team and function and at a HQ level.
