- Conduct proactive analysis to identify any skill or expertise gaps within the organization that could impede the successful execution of the transformation.
- Work closely with AGC ERP (SAP) specialists to pinpoint and execute suitable IT solutions aligning with transformation goals.
- Actively pursue opportunities to streamline processes, boost efficiency, and foster ongoing enhancements within the supply chain transformation.
- Promote effective communication and collaboration across departments and teams, fostering a culture of sharing information, insights, and expertise.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a supply chain environment
- Fluent in English (Mandatory). Another language would be highly appreciated.
- Solid project management abilities, encompassing expertise in various project management methodologies.
- A good SAP knowledge would be highly appreciated
