    De Job

    Binnen deze kers verse unit ben jij de drijvende kracht achter de HR-veranderingen bij onze klanten. Samen met je team speel je een cruciale rol in het vormgeven van het HR-beleid voor diverse organisaties. Je analyseert, adviseert en draagt bij aan de ontwikkeling, aanpassing en uitvoering van SAP SuccessFactors-oplossingen voor uiteenlopende HR-processen. Met jouw expertise en ervaring lever je een waardevolle bijdrage aan het bedrijfssucces van onze klanten.

    Met meer dan 350 medewerkers is TheValueChain één van dé toonaangevende SAP consulting bedrijven in België, en daarbuiten (Nederland, Frankrijk, Zwitserland en Luxemburg). We ondersteunen onze klanten in alle mogelijke SAP modules, en hebben een niet te versmaden expertise in het werken in de dieperliggende code achter de SAP applicaties. Daarnaast blinken we ook uit in alles wat met Customer Experience is in SAP. Sinds kort hebben we de HXM unit het leven ingeblazen, waar consultants de HR projecten binnen SAP onder handen nemen

    Wie jij bent

    Minstens 2 jaar ervaring als SAP HR consultant of doorgronde ervaring binnen HR in verschillende werkvelden.

    Verder verras je ons met :

    · Je uitgebreide kennis van de complexe wereld van HR, met een passie voor het verbeteren en automatiseren van HR-processen zoals employee central rekrutering, learning en developement, onboarding...

    · Je hebt minimum 2 projecten doorlopen één van bovenstaande werkvelden.

    · Je sterke communicatievaardigheden en het vermogen om langdurige relaties op te bouwen met collega's en klanten.

    · Kwaliteit staat bij jou voorop en bent in staat om de behoeften van de klant om te zetten in concrete oplossingen.

    · Je bent een teamspeler en gelooft sterk in het delen van kennis.

    · Je beheerst zowel de Nederlandse/Franse als de Engelse taal uitstekend.
