    Functie

  • Je ontwikkelt en/of verbetert bestaande syntheseprocessen voor de aanmaak van tussen- en eindproducten voor de farmaceutische industrie, in nauwe samenwerking met onze klanten
  • Je voert onderzoek naar kritische parameters en alternatieven, verwerkt de analyses, rapporteert de resultaten (schriftelijk en mondeling) en volgt opschalingscampagnes op
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de laboranten bij chemische of technische problemen
  • Je verdeelt je tijd over praktisch labowerk en administratieve taken
  • Je neemt actief deel aan het opvolgen van de verschillende projecten
  • Je waakt over de veiligheid en toepassing van GMP richtlijnen
  • Je rapporteert aan de Research Project Manager

    • Profiel

  • Je beschikt over een Masterdiploma of een Doctoraat in de Scheikunde, Bio-ingenieurswetenschappen of Industriële Wetenschappen met een sterke parate kennis van organische scheikunde, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Kennis van innovatieve technieken als continue flowchemie, process analytical tools (NIR, Raman, in situ FT-IR) of andere technologieën biedt zeker een meerwaarde
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels (zowel mondeling als schriftelijk)
  • Je hebt zin voor verantwoordelijkheid, organisatie en flexibiliteit om de juiste prioriteiten te kunnen leggen
  • je bent energiek, enthousiast en een echte teamplayer. Je weet op een gepaste wijze je teamleden coachen
