YOUR ROLE:


  • You are responsible for the recruitment from A (intake) to Z (contract offer).
  • You conduct selection interviews for employees in key functions (mainly engineers and technical experts).
  • You are uptodate with the latest recruitment strategy and process and can challenge for change.
  • You identify and implement potential improvements and new approaches.
  • You are assertive but considerate towards internal procedures.

YOUR PROFILE:


  • You have extensive experience in talent acquisition of specialist functions.
  • You are an independent worker.
  • You conscientiously keep track of the recruitment process.
  • You ideally have experience in the energy sector.
  • You are an excellent communicator and networker.
  • You are fluent in French and understand Dutch.

PRACTICAL:


  • Contract type: freelance
  • Work regime: full time
  • Duration: 6 months
  • Location: Liège (1 to 2 days/week) / remote
