- Minimum a master's degree
- +6 years as consultant in a large consulting firm or in digital strategy boutique firms and a proven track record in leading digital transformation projects/programs for various organizations
- Strong knowledge & expertise in at least 1 sector
- Solid experience in one of the following topics: architecture and operating models, Customer Experience, data and AI, agility, strategy execution and extended knowledge in project/program management/PMO
- A first experience in strategy definition for midcorp's, in designing an actionable roadmap or reprioritizing a project portfolio are nice to haves
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to coach and manage teams, lead client workshops, facilitate change management
- Fast learner, flexible to different environment and contexts.
- Customer-centric & hands-on experience with client relationship management
- Understand CxO's agenda towards digital and be able to decomplexify topics and make it understandable for all stakeholders
- You work hands-on and result driven
- Fluent in English and native in Dutch or French, with business proficiency in the other

What will you do?
As a business architect you play a crucial role in the governance structure, business information and processes of the organization. You align the strategic business objectives with priorities and decisions regarding IT-Digital investments.
