- Review and verify payroll data, including hours worked, taxes, and deductions
- Coordinate with Human Resource Department, HR Services and other internal and external partners to ensure accurate employee data management
- Lead meetings/conversations on the most complex topics around payroll, such as Long-Term Incentives, Taxation, Social Contributions and others
- Stay updated on relevant regulations and legislation affecting payroll processes
- Handle employee's cases to provide accurate resolution in agreement with the established SLA's
- Complete and audit payroll outbound interfaces to be sent to third party vendors
- Audit payroll data entry and employee status changes to ensure accuracy prior to payroll execution
- Assist in payroll system implementation or upgrades
- Provide support and guidance to junior team members if needed
- Education: Education and professional qualification within Payroll or Business-related field
- Experience: 4 – 10 years of experience within local payroll at a company processing 500+ employees
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Workday and Service Now portal is a plus
- Languages: Fluent Dutch and Business proficiency in English and French languages
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Analytical skills and strong problem-solving approach
- Autonomy, attention to detail, stress resistance
- Ability to respect and protect highly confidential information
