    As our new Instructional Designer, you'll be part of the Training Services team which, in turn, fits into the bigger picture of the Learning Services team.

    Your profile

    We are looking for someone who meets the following qualifications:

  • We are looking for someone who meets the following qualifications:
  • A degree in educational sciences, pedagogy, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years' experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or a related role.
  • A strong understanding of instructional design principles, learning theories, and adult learning principles.
  • Proven creative thinking and problem solving-abilities.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • A strong affinity for IT as most of our trainings are quite technical.
  • The ability to acquire technical and supply chain knowledge in a rather limited timeframe.

    • Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience with e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline) and learning management systems.

    Language skills
