    Als sturende cel van de organisatie zorg je dat je collega magazijnmedewerkers tijdig hun orders kunnen afwerken. Bijkomend zorg je voor de nodige rapporteringen & optimaliseer je de bedrijfsprocessen zodat we de kosten kunnen beheersen en de efficiëntie verbeteren.

    Concreet heb je de volgende verantwoordelijkheden:

    - Opstarten, opvolgen en aanpassen van de dagelijkse magazijnflows.
    - Indelen van de magazijnmedewerkers volgens prioriteiten.
    - Oplossen van basis systeemtechnische problemen van magazijnmedewerkers.
    - Administratieve afhandeling van het outboundproces van A tot Z.
    - Verzorgen van nodige communicatie met de transportcel.
    - Je neemt deel aan projecten om de organisatie en de processen te verbeteren.

    - Je bent communicatief en communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels is een plus.
    - Je bent computervaardig.
    - Je bent flexibel en een teamplayer.
    - Je bent gedreven, doortastend en proactief.
    - Je streeft naar productiviteit en kwaliteit. Je wil continu en werkt steeds resultaatgericht.
    - Je bent bereid om in shiften en in het weekend (hoogseizoen) te werken.
