Our client is a growing non-profit organization.
YOUR ROLE:
- You develop and update job descriptions, analyze job requirements and objectives, and prepare recruitment materials.
- You create and implement an overall recruiting and onboarding strategy.
YOUR PROFILE:
- You have experience as a Recruiter for positions. Experience in recruiting program managers and communication professionals is a plus.
- You are proficient in recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other relevant HR technologies.
- You are fluent in English, and French is an asset.
PRACTICAL:
- Contract type: Freelance
- Work regime: 2 days/week
- Duration: 6 months
- Location: Brussels
