    Wil jij de verantwoordelijkheid dragen voor het actief verzamelen, prepareren en betalen van inkoopfacturen? En ben jij straks het aanspreekpunt voor onze leveranciers met betrekking tot de facturen en vragen over betalingen? Dan komen wij graag in contact met jou voor de vacature "Financial Administrator".

    In de rol van Financial Administrator ben jij de administratieve kracht van de afdeling, en werk je nauw samen met je collega's. Je bent dagelijks actief met het zorgvuldig en correct uitvoeren van de financiële administratie. Jouw positieve energie én analytisch vermogen is welkom bij Boluda Towage Belgium & Scheldt Area (standplaats Antwerpen).

    Wat ga je doen als Financial Assistant?

  • Wekelijks bereid je de betaalbatch en de betalingen voor.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de controle van de uiterste betaaldatum en houdt dit nauwlettend in de gaten. Je spreekt de verantwoordelijke personen hierop aan.
  • Je coördineert de data tussen de verschillende systemen en je zorgt ervoor dat deze data actueel blijft.
  • Je voert de werkzaamheden uit in ons financiële systeem Dynamics Navision.
  • Kennis van de verwerking van bankafschriften is een pré.

    • In deze functie rapporteer je aan de Finance Manager van het team van Boluda Towage Belgium & Scheldt Area.

    Welke kandidaat zoeken wij?

  • Minimaal 3-5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare positie
  • Up-to-date kennis van het aangewezen gebied, lokale wetgeving en relevante financiële processen en procedures
  • Beroepsopleiding of hoger in financiën
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels (mondeling en schriftelijk)
  • Goede beheersing van computer- en MS Office-software, alsook relevante financiële applicaties
