    Hallo,

    Als CLBR Consulting staan wij onze klant bij in het rekruteren van nieuwe werknemers. Onze klanten zijn werkgevers die mensen aanwerven met een contract van onbepaalde duur en zonder interim periode. Wij doen een eerste gesprek met jou ter ondersteuning van onze klant en als het enthousiasme langs beide kanten even groot is heb je meteen een gesprek met de persoon die aanwerft.

    In deze post werken wij voor een groeiende Startup in export van voedingswaren naar Frankrijk en Afrika. Het bedrijf is een centraal aanspreekpunt voor grootwarenhuizen en cateringbedrijven. Dit bedrijf behartigt de vraag van zijn klanten bij; aankoop van de voedingswaren bij leveranciers, geoptimaliseerd transport en aflevering van de producten. Dit alles met oog op kwaliteit, houdbaarheid en service.

    Vandaag zoeken wij een Remote Teamlead Supply Chain medewerker voor de verdere uitbouw en optimalisatie van de logistieke processen.

    Jouw dagelijkse taken:

    • Nieuwe leveranciers van voedingswaren contacteren en onderhandelen over de voorwaarden
    • Klanten op de hoogte houden van het logistieke proces
    • Het boeken en samenstellen van containers bij de externe partner
    • Betalingen en facturatie opvolgen van klanten
    • Douanedocumenten in orde brengen voor het transport
    • Optimalisaties aanbrengen aan het ERP-systeem in samenspraak met een externe leverancier
    • Nauw contact met je collega's voor het uitbouwen van het klantenbestand en de correcte behandeling van de bestellingen

    Wie ben jij?

    • Een passie voor logistiek en je kan de nodige relevante ervaring voorleggen
    • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands; daarnaast is het Frans of Engels een absolute must
    • Kennis van facturatie
    • Je zoekt specifiek naar een uitdagend en afwisselend takenpakket bij een bedrijf in volle groei
    • Remote werken is volledig je ding; je beschikt over de nodige verantwoordelijkheid om dit tot een goed einde te brengen. Je kan ook gebruik maken van ons kantoor in Schoten.
    • Je bent hands-on, weet van aanpakken en denkt mee met het bedrijf
    • Je bent commercieel ingesteld en hebt ervaring met prijsonderhandelingen
    • Bij voorkeur beschik je over een rijbewijs B en wagen, om de leveranciers te kunnen bezoeken
