- Maintain long-term business relationships, drive sales volume and margins across the portfolio
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through service excellence and knowledge of customer needs and ABB Motion solutions, including regular customer visits and participation in various events
- Contribute to the identification and development of new market opportunities, in collaboration with the wider sales team, including the Sales Support team
- Monitor customer and market trends to develop effective marketing activities in collaboration with the Marketing team
- Prepare commercial plans and offers in collaboration with Marketing and other departments, ensuring technical and financial accuracy
- Maintain and feed the customer database
- Make technical presentations and provide technical support to our clients
- Assume customer ownership by remaining the first point of contact for the customer
- Negotiation of prices and terms and conditions with the customer
- Embody ABB's core values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility for your own actions while supporting your colleagues and the company
- Higher education diploma (bachelor and/or master) in electrical engineering, electromechanics. Or you have an economic education and have an affinity for the technical field.
- Sales experience in the electromechanical drive systems sector
- Passionate about technology, you enjoy working in an innovative environment
- Good command of French and English; knowledge of Dutch is an asset
- Result-oriented, you have a strong commercial sense and good interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and manage customer relationships
- Collaborative, solution-oriented approach and strong communication skills
- Knowledge of the MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
