    Contributing to the expansion of our activities, the Senior Business Sales Analyst has the ownership of the business analysis on sales dashboard and KPIs for the different business units, sales representatives and regions.
    She/he oversees the management of the Power BI database, providing meaningful decision support, that will be transposed to bonusses.
    The Senior Sales Business Analyst works closely with the Sales Leader and Stanley/Stella management team, as well as the different business units, regions and the marketing, finance and planning teams.

    Key responsabilities :

    • Be the sales processes owner of the Power BI implementation, when it comes to define the needs for the sales community
    • Provide on-demand drill-downs to sales organizations to understand specific situations, customers or segment analysis in order to propose appropriate/tailored made commercial actions
    • Improve the current reporting processes and structure from reports in order to provide the meaningful information per BU/customer/market segments
    • Work in cooperation with our finance team to establish a meaningful sales budget in line with strategic company's objectives and coherent with learnings and best practices of previous years
    • Interpret data and forecasting to support key projects within planning and marketing
    • Analyse trends and market intelligence with local teams
    • Manage sales budgeting and follow-up on prices, margins and discounts
    • Work on process improvement within the sales, controlling and budgeting/forecasting teams
    • Follow up on operations (sales team activity/priorities/etc.)
    • Degree in Economics, Finance or Business
    • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in data/business analytics
    • Functional and technical knowledge in Power BI and Excel
    • Strong business acumen, confident working with data and numbers
    • Able to extract meaningful data's from figures
    • Strong communication skills to convey ideas, decisions and advise internal stakeholders
    • Fluent command of English
