    Role Description

    Hej Are you a Swedish speaker ready to take on an exciting career path? We're on the hunt for a Swedish Speaking Recruiter who can help us find top-notch talent for our diverse clients. Your day-to-day tasks will include understanding the hiring needs of our clients, sourcing potential candidates using various channels, conducting initial screenings, and facilitating the recruitment process. You'll also have the opportunity to work closely with our clients in industries such as aviation, finance, automotive, social media, gaming, healthcare, retail & e-retail, travel, and energy.

    Requirements

    • Must be fluent in Swedish (written and spoken).
    • No experience needed - this is an entry-level role and we provide full training
    • Must have a valid European Union passport or equivalent.
    • Ability to work remotely and independently.
    • A keen eye for talent and excellent communication skills are a plus
