- Analyseert, verzendt en verzorgt de follow-up van escalatietickets, schriftelijke brieven en mails over factureringskwesties, in samenwerking met teams van het tweede en derde niveau (intern of extern).
- Detecteert incidenten - gerelateerd aan producten, diensten, applicaties - die verband houden met facturering en aanmaningen en die mogelijk gevolgen hebben voor klanten, in samenwerking met de incidentcoördinator.
- Je zorgt voor de follow-up van de kritieke factureringskwesties om een grote impact op de factuur te voorkomen.
- Informeert klanten voortdurend over de status van hun vraag per telefoon, e-mail of sms.
- Analyseren en opvolgen van trouble tickets in verband met facturering - in samenwerking met 2e & 3e niveau teams - Je vertaalt technische informatie in klantentaal.
- Deelt ervaring en kennis en onderzoekt in alle factureringsdomeinen (promo attributie, lay-out facturen, fouten op factuur, ...) om zo persoonlijke en teamkennis te vergroten.
- Je hebt ervaring in een klantenserviceomgeving.
- Je hebt een probleemoplossende mentaliteit.
- Communicatie heeft voor jou geen geheimen: je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve en schriftelijke vaardigheden.
- Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en Frans - (de schriftelijke vaardigheden zijn zeer belangrijk).
- Je bent punctueel en durft initiatief nemen.
